I talked with "Ben" at PayPal. He was incredible nice, articulate and very Very VERY knowledgeable and patient with me. He answered every single question -- two or three times in different ways until he was thoroughly sure that I understood what happened. He also explained about the "Seller Protection" -- click on Legal Contracts at the bottom of your PayPal Page, then click on #11 Seller Protection. A few simple steps can safeguard you from losing money.
