Hi, I'm new to the site and new to Yorkies. We are getting our first little Yorkie pup tomorrow. I've read up on litter training and I think that is the way to go for us since we live in the Chicagoland area and the winters can be brutal. However, we do have another dog who goes to the bathroom outside. My question is can a Yorkie be trained to go to the bathroom in more than one place? Like once he is litter trained in the house will he also know that it is ok to potty outside with the big dog, or if he were to go out it public with us will he be able to potty in the grass and not be confused when he gets back in the house?
