Shana, thank you for your reply - PayPal doesn't give the option to "try again". How long does it take before the $$ is actually settled in your account and can't be reversed? PayPal gives three options to resolve the "dispute"

I don't have a dispute -- in good faith I accepted a PayPal payment, filled and shipped an order. I am assuming the person received the harness and is happy with it. We had several email correcpondences during the order/construction process so I would have to assume that if she was dissatisfied she would have contacted me.
I have three options which are:
I accept liability for this bank reversal
I have already provided a refund
I have shipped the items and can provide tracking information
None of the choices really apply. I have contacted the buyer and am waiting for her response.
