we use the dark green poop bags because my neighborhood requires them. every other household has a pet and thus, each household must pick up their waste. i buy mine from petsmart, as so many others do, but now i think i'll check out the dollar store because it's such a deal!
i also use the inside out method and then tie the two ends with a double knot so no smell comes though.
