There isn't a "try again" option in the Resolution Center. I did contact the buyer and request that they resubmit the payment. I am hoping that the customer will take care of the problem. Had I used a delivery confirmation on the shipment I would have more options available to me. I am going to start using delivery confirmations with people outside YT that I do not know.
