I agree. My Halle had curly dry cottony coat that would not lay down at all no matter what I used on it. Now that she is 6 months her hair is changing and becoming straighter and dare I say silky and less dry. So age has a lot to do with it. My Male, Chase had a cottony coat as well that matted if you looked at him hard

. Now it's silky and rarely matts, thank goodness. Give it some time it should be a beautifula as the parents and they are gorgeous
