I would send in your complaints to Merricks. Make sure you do so in writing-via email or regular mail, and keep copies for yourself. If you don't hear back from them in a week or two, write again, until they give you a response and an explanation. I would also keep or take pictures of anything that you find in the food, so that you can show them what it is, they can prevent it, and so that you have proof. |
