 The Standard reads 4-7 pounds and more!
Before you get one, do your research so you know what to look for. Go to AKC and read the standard!!! Know what the colors are supposed to be, the size, etc. You can also find links on this site to growth charts where you can maybe predict by a pup's growth pattern how big it will grow to be. I used one from this site and it seems to be pretty close. Yorkies in my area go for $500 - $800. This is southern Indiana. Just be careful, learn lots, and make a careful decision you will NEVER regret! Yorkies are the best!!!
