I've asked a vet, they said animals can be breed whenever their bodies are ready to have babies. however, with human's input, we assume it would be better for the animal to be breed at ages 2, beucase they are more mature to take care of the puppies, won't be as nervious and panic to a 1 yr old. It does make sense, but in the animal's world, survival of the strongest/fittest. However, in the human world, we seem wanting to do everything precauiously/safely.
