Would you be willing to share your contract with us for comparision purposes? Is yours the same as Pat's? As an attorney I am always interested in reading contracts. I actually thought his spelled out the expectations of both parties well and he informed the buyers up front of his policies none of which seemed inherently unusual or one sided to me. They are free to walk after reading the contract. It was not long, in small print or full of legalese. I found it straight forward and forthright.

I think breeders get blamed for way too much when a puppy gets sick so I liked the part about the puppies not being "perfect". No one is perfect...we are all flawed in some way.

Wow, did I just set myself up with that last line???????
