Confused

Hi Steve! I know this isn't a happy way to have something in common with someone, but I'm relieved to know that I'm not the only person experiencing this. I think we'll be able to help each other out w/ some tips. Sam doesn't cough when he's active or when he drinks. It's only when he lays down. In the beginning when he had the pneumonia, he did cough when he drank, but that only lasted for 2 wks and now he doesn't do that anymore. I just read an ad on this site for Kennel-Koff and it sounds promising. I posted a thread to see if anyone had any experience with it. At this point I'll try whatever will help my little man. I was told by my vet to not give Robitussin DM or CF, just the one that says Guafenisin on it b/c you want them to cough in case they need to relieve the mucus. It works for Sam at night but it only lasts the 6 hrs. I'm going to call my vet tomorrow to see if she has heard of Kennel-Koff. Please keep me posted!
