Kendraleigh, I realize we have the same problem. You right, the good thing is they don't cough when they get excited and active otherwise that's sign of Collapsed Trachea. I was playing with her today outside, she was running and jumping and she was not coughing, but also the sign of Collapsed trachea -when they cough after drinking water, and my dog coughs after she drinks water, how about Sam?
She still taking all her medication, antibiotics, nebulizer, cough syrup., now it's evening time and she starts coughing again. It seems as dry and harsh and pronounced, and also seems sometimes like she's choking or vomits, but nothing comes out. I feel so sorry for her, I love her sooo much! I'm praying every day for her to get better. Anyway we will keep in touch, and thanks everybody for your support!
