If she goes for your hand, say "ouch" in a higher pitch voice like it hurts you, then stop playing with her for a time, do this every time she gets her mouth on your hand and pretty soon you will see that she gets the idea-- bite a hand, no playtime. It works, trust me. But you must be patient, as this is normal puppy behavior. Keep praising her for what she does right.
