That is exactly what happened to me. I was so flipping mad I couldn't see straight. When I contacted them they told me well I probably painted too soon between coats, or maybe the temp wasn't right. They also told me that your not supposed to put painters tape on it until it's had 24-48 hours to cure. Come now that means that it will take me two days to paint one room. Sounds a bit like horse manure to me.
