Sadly to say, I tried to trim the skirt off of him with my HUMAN hair clippers...he looked like someone CHEWED on his hair then spit him back out. It was hysterical but Beau was actually embarrassed and wouldn't look anyone in the face for weeks...probably because everyone would just start laughing the minute they saw him...ha ha ha. I'd never make it in the professional dog grooming world. |
sorry but LOL...I know you were angry but what you've described actually sounds too funny...and he probably looked adorable anyway, with or without the branches!! This is just one of those times where it wasn't funny then but afterwards you can look back on it and find some type of humor(& lessons learned).....I wish you would've had pics too!!! I am too afraid (of myself) to even attempt grooming.......maybe 1 day I will be oh so brave.
