This is a very simplistic reply to the OP. Unless your precious Buster is a show dog in the show ring, or is on public display for the purpose of comments, then it isn't anyone's business. He is your beloved. You think he is the most beautiful Yorkie in the whole world and that is all that matters. Just ignore mean, hateful, ignorant remarks.
