Kodak is very user friendly. And you are right to not spend more than 200 or 250, just because these things are designed to be outdated in about 5 years. and the super nice 600 dollar models today will be less than 200 in another 5 years when you need another one.

Personally, I have a JVC hard drive digital camcorder. I figured if I was going to get a camera, might as well get a camcorder that does pictures as well.
