Here are pictures of the other side of the dress and cape. The cape just has a little hook that attaches it around the neck. This dress is 10inches long and should fit an 11in chest. I have a friend with a yorkie that has a denim-version of this dress (same style and same brand) and her chest measurment is 11inches and she wears an x-small. Plus, this material is a little stretchy.
