Hi, I'm in Lancaster, and have two yorkies myself.
You all might be interested in an event coming up on October 6th, at the Lancaster City Park, called the
Bark at the Park. I've been to a number of dog events in Southern California, and this is by far the best! (Of course, I may be just a little prejudiced since I'm on the planning committee for this.
) There are several activities, including a live Auction, Raffles, Games, Contests, Vendor Booths, a Microchipping clinic, etc. etc. etc. Check out the website,
www.lancasterbarkatthepark.org , and plan to come! Be sure to check out the Fashion Parade and Man's Best Friend contests, I'd love to see a yorkie win one of these, and the prizes are huge gift baskets filled with all kinds of goodies.
