Same here.... hereditary! I've wasted more money in my lifetime on "remedies" than I care to think about. Some people just don't have as much fat under the eyes which is what should be between the skin and the veins. If you don't have it, the veins are more prominent. My eyelids are really dark too. And I've tried ALL the concealers. I've just had to suck it up and realize that concealer is my best friend!
