is it just a yorkie thing not going out in the rain. all my other dogs will go out if i tell them they have to but lacey wont go even if i pick her up and put her out she stands on the track of the sliding door and wont move til i open the door then she backs in. its really funny till i see pee in the hall way grrrr.
