I think any chocolate is bad, but since he's a little bigger, and oreos aren't total chocolate, but rather a dough that is chocolate flavored with cream in the middle, I'd imagine it wouldn't be as harmful as say a snack sized candy bar.
I would call your vet to be sure. Let us know how he's doing!
