I think any email or phone call that you did not ask for, has to be suspect any more, it sad but true. Anyone asking for money I ask them to send a request by mail. 95% of the time I don't get it.

There is a fairly new horrible one that I mentioned here a while back but you may not have seen it. People call pretending to be the Red Cross telling the parents of a soldier serving in Iraq that there son has been badly injured and need info to get him to John Hopkins hospital or a VA hospital. The family is so upset they would never think of not giving out the info and I really think I would fall for this one. This is beyond cruel.

I'm sorry you were sent that email. I used to have my email address with my full name but changed that. My last name is very rare and anyone could find me easily.
