Before we jump to any conclusions...she doesn't say her female is a "teacup". She just says she is "very small". That is relative. She could be 5 lbs. which some breeders feel is an okay size for breeding. It sounds like she is just trying to protect her small female by making sure the male is small. They breed small males all the time. Maybe you could email her and ask her how big her female is.
