i got those survey's once a year from like 8-12th grade. some other questions that i remeber are "do you feel safe in school" " but it was mostly about drugs and drinking. i always thought there were pointless. A few weeks before the survery was going to be handed out everyone got a letter mailed home that said there was going to be a survery passed out and if you did not want your child to partake in the survery then the parent could sign the bottom and send it back to school. I would look into this, maybe call the school and ask if there is something like this for your boys. One time i did not feel like doing the suvery, its the same questions everytime and i got a lecture about not doing it.
