She may still have coccidia. It can be very hard to get rid of. She can reinfect herself if she is in contact with the infected poop. Sometimes it takes several rounds of medication. Also, it is sometimes hard to detect on the test given by the vet. The test may show 'negative' but that is only for that particular sample. If her symptoms are the same, she should probably have more medicine. You should also remove feces from yard and spray a little bleach where she goes. Trust me...I've been there and hated it!!
