Paypal states that it is the sellers responsibility to inccur the % fee. If you want, you can just add that to the price of your items.
As for paypal, have you set up an account yet? It is fairly simple. But, make sure that you get your account verified (with an account that you don't use on a regular basis, for various reasons. If you like, PM me and I can explain a little better). You get it verified so you can send money to your bank and also, so you can buy things from others.
To recieve money, you have an account. Decide on a price with the buyer, then give them the e-mail that you registered with paypal to the buyer. They send you the money, and that is that. IF they use a credit/debit card however, you may have to hit "accept" in order to recieve the money.
