Well, other than drinking lots of water there's not much you can do to make them pass. Cranberry juice is good to help keep infections at bay, but since your MD has you on antibiotics,(which is good) that's already covered.
I'm assuming he did X-rays so he knows how many and their size. Is he having you strain your urine so you can collect the stones and he can send them off for content analysis? That may help to keep stones from forming in the future. If they are made up of one particular thing, you can avoid that in your diet. Sometimes they are and other times they are not made up of any one thing - just stuff you can't control.
