At first Sam didnt do this... Martin, my poodle, does and we always just laughed and laughed. Charlie, my chi/pom, NEVER does this unless he is covering poop up outside. Martin only does this in the house for no apparent reason.
Well, after we have had Sam for a while.... when he sees Martin do it, he does! And they do it for no apparent reason from what I can tell. Its the funniest thing!
