It will be hard to diagnose without seeing it, but...
Do you have the little icon down in the lower right corner of your screen that shows the network? (looks like two teeny computer screens)?
If so, right click on it, and you should get a choice, one of which says diagnose and repair. Click that. Let me know what happens. |
