Did you try just PM'ing her and calling her out on it?
"Hey, I just wondered how you liked your gift?" kinda thing. It is wrong--especially when you can see they have been online recently.
Last time around there was one of those that couldn't be bothered to post pictures or thank yous. There's one in every bunch, I guess
