2) Bring water dishes/bottles of water for your Yorkies, also, dry kibble if it is around their meal times.I used disposable bowls from the supermarket.
3) Snacks and drinks for the Yorkie Mommies (can't forget them, can we?)
4) Foldup chairs/throws for Moms to sit on while the babies frollick in the pen. (The linked ones shown in the pictures all came from stores like PetsMart.)

Possible don't:
1) Dog Parks - do not have good facilities, people tend to go there, let their dogs run around for a while and leave. Also, many of them don't have toilet facilities or benches, often very little trees for shade. I am also leary of dog parks regarding disease, larger, more aggressive dogs with tiny little Yorkies.

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU, Lauren!

I had thought of cell phones, the x-pens, and the snacks/drinks...but had not thought of chairs/blankets to sit on, and we WERE considering having it at the dog park! You're right, and have convinced me that would not be the idea place to have it.

Yorkiesmiles, I think the lake will be the best place to have it-I like your idea from the other day of the picnic area on the south (?) side where it's more quiet and there's room to run without having to worry about so many other dogs and the beach area...
