that poor man!! No chocolate?? Migraines stink...my dad and best friend both get them, but my dad is lucky I guess, because no foods trigger it, so he can pretty much eat whatever. My friend, however, can't have ANY MSG. I never realized how many foods they put that in until I started hanging around her. She has to read the label of EVERYTHING she buys.
