Personally, I don't think it's the smartest thing to do.

I think it would be to much having to sneak around. It's not fair to the dog to never be able to go outside.

As someone else mentioned, it'd be horrible if you got her for awhile and then you had to get rid of her. I suggest you ask for your money back and get a dog once you move to a dog-friendly location.

ETA: You could also risk getting kicked out and losing your deposit.
