I don't think you have to apologize, but it's really sweet of you that you do. Today so many people are out for the buck, but you apologizing shows your truly doing what your doing because you like doing it. I also agree with the patent comment, you can't claim it's yours unless you have a patent, and I learned that just by being a marketing student! There's a lot of people on here who sell similar items, and as a consumer I like to have different choices
