I want to add this:

Several people have pm'd me asking who I am referring to. I want to let everyone know that I am not going to give her name out. I am not trying to bring her down or make her look bad...I just wanted to post this apology and if others thought I was doing something wrong, I figured that you would all tell me. I have not had that response at all, so I will keep doing what I am doing. but I just didn't want anyone to think I was trying to "bash" this person...therefore I will not be giving out her name.
