Boy, Adie has been a Mama's girl from day 1! She simply must be in the same room with me at all times. My husband is disabled and is home all day. When I leave in the morning Adie pitches a fit and does anything she can think of to keep me there. She tries holding on to my hand she growls when I kiss dh goodbye she tugs at my pantleg as I'm going out the door then gives me this sad look through the window as I walk by. On Mondays she pouts all day and won't have anything to do with anyone. She just lays on the back of the couch looking for me. But for the rest of the week she turns into a Daddy's girl while I'm gone! LOL It is as if she is telling him that she didn't really mean that she wanted Mommy to stay home....."Daddy you are my favorite - honest!" Her little clock goes off about a half hour before I get home at night and she is back up on the back of the couch looking for me. If I am even a few minutes late she is whining and running back and forth from the couch to the door.
She is such a stinker! LOL |
