Although I do believe Nelly is extremly close
I wouldn't take letting her milk down as much of a real indication that the day is apon us. Lilly was extracting milk on monday, and didn't start her labour until Saturday... 5 days later.
I too am watching this thread & checking in at least twice a day to see how she is doing... cant wait to hear how many little bundles of joy she has
