Wow sorry you're going through this. Have you seen another vet just for a second opinion and such. I would and wow thats a lot of meds for a puppy.
My puppy still coughs till this day not as much as b4 but I have noticed its a more perfound cough.. scares me at times, I believe it jsut might be his trachea. Do you have the AC on and if you do make sure the air isnt hitting your puppy directly, this can make the cough worse.
Go to another vet just to check ...
