sounds like a food allergy poor little guy.... is there corn or wheat or chicken in the food he is being fed?? those are the most common food allergies.... does this come and go??? i know Layla has environmental allergies and she itches her paws and has watery eyes right now but this has only happened one other time in the summer so i know it is a seasonal thing.... if it is ALWAYS there then i'd guess it is food....you should try finding a food with no corn as that is USUALLY the culprit.
