Oh, what a lucky girl to be taken in by you!! I'm betting the clicking noise is fine. I'm betting that now that she's going to be feeling much better after her trip to the groomer and the fact that she'll begin to start feeling safe, you'll see the panting decrease. But I'm still suprised your vet check up has to wait 2 weeks. In fact, I would have thought the groomer would have wanted you to take her to the vet first anyway.
