Title pretty much says it. I am looking for either a Pomeranian or Yorkshire Terrier(4 to 6 pound adult size) in the DC Area. They don't have to be registered. They really don't have to be full blooded. My wife and I are coming up on our one year aniversary and I would like to get her one. Also we are on a budget so it would have to be under $300.
