I wouldn't trust anyone selling a yorkie for $75...or any small breed for that matter. I would just check your local shelters and maybe petfinder.com, although even rescues and shelters often charge more than $75. Puppies are really expensive so if you only have $75 to spend on one, what are you goign to do if your "cheap" puppy ends up having some medical issues that cost hundreds or thousands of dollars? Even the basic care for puppies can be expensive - puppies need vaccinations, vet check-ups, and need to be spayed/neutered by 6 months.

How old is Toto? It may be hard for an older dog to adjust to being around a young puppy.
