Oh, I had that problem when I lived in San Diego, I think we sprinkled ajax around the windows and the doors, they didn't like it and eventually dissapeared. I wish I could remember if it was Ajax for sure or if it was something else...sorry, maybe try a google search for home remedies to get rid of ants?
