That sounds like a terrible idea! I know they say they teach kids how to handle them but how can you monitor 10-30 kids at a birthday party with all the puppies. Plus these puppies are probably only 8 weeks old and shouldn't be going ANYWHERE without all their vaccinations. This is going to end up in some sick and hurt pups. But I'm sure a couple hurt ones won't matter because kids will fall in love with the puppies and the parents will buy them...
