I am looking at getting pet stroller for Gracie and Hallee. I found a good deal for this particular stroller. However, in all the descriptions I have read it does not state anything about having a strap inside that you can attach to the harness. If you have this stroller, does it have the strap inside? Also, how well do you like this stroller.
