 First you copy the 2nd quote you want, so it's in your clipboard ready to paste. Then you go to the first quote posting and click on quote to reply to it. The reply will have the quote in it. Then write what you want (if you want to write about that quote). Next you paste the 2nd quote on your reply. Then highlight it. Then go up to the top where you pick font, etc. and there is a little icon that looks like a cartoon bubble for talk. When you click on it it puts quotes around whatever is highlighted.  Then write whatever else you want and click to submit your post or preview it first to see if it is how you want it.
