Not sure what you mean by the first comment, but to address the internet control software...that's my understanding as well, but not all parents have that for whatever reason.
Plus, there are many MANY ways to get around that software. Google it. You'll get step-by-step guides for whatever type of parental controls you want to break out of. Kids aren't stupid.
