I have heard of this before. Maybe ask your vet about this. Poor baby, and poor Mommy. Please keep us updated tomorrow when you take him. I know what you are going through. Last year, when my aging Yorkie, Tigger was ill, it totally consumed me.
Prayers your baby will be all right. Maybe set your alarm for middle of the night so that you can check up on him. Just keep him really close until the vet sees him again in the morning.
