I would have his ears shaved when you take him to the groomer and tape them just like amanda has recommended. This is what I had to do for Rudy and his ears stand up great now and he has so much control over them (like little radar antennas). It took me quite a while though as he was older.
When I have pups, if their ears are not standing by 6 weeks, I shave them and tape. I leave the tape on for 2 days and then remove for one day and repeat until they stand. Hope this helps.
